Suitable for All Levels.

Yoga: A wide variety of yoga practices, from strong power and dynamic Vinyasa flows to relaxing restorative and slow yin classes.

Pilates: Workouts ranging from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, some targeting specific muscle groups where as others focusing on whole body strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance and co-ordination.

Meditation: Everything from short morning meditations to deep hypnotic relaxation and a 7 day meditation course. Whether you’re just dipping your toes into the world of mindfulness or you want to deepen an already established meditation practice, there’s something for you.

Breathwork: Guided breathing practices to help you energise for the day ahead or down-regulate your nervous system if you’re feeling stressed.
